Wildlife surrounds this home which is perched at the edge of the lake and channel to Beaver Brook.  Many creatures can be viewed from the deck which flanks one entire side of the home.  ...or walk onto this home's private dock for an even closer view!

From the living room, French doors open onto a large screened porch with superb harbor views.  The living room has a brick fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and a queen sofa-sleeper.  The home is pine-paneled throughout.

The main floor bedroom has twin beds (set up as king).  Stairs lead to the private, skylighted loft bedroom with twin beds and balcony.  Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bath. Heat. Air conditioner. Accommodates/limit 6.
